Shipping Policy
All shipping orders are processed within 48hrs and shipped Mon-Fri depending on location. Frozen containers hold 25lbs. For orders containing more than 25lbs up to Review shipping options. Any single order that exceeds shipping weight inside that order will be canceled and refunded. Additional freight charge will have to be paid before order ships. Freight charges are available in the shipping options at checkout. Tracking number is sent via email once order has shipped. All frozen products are packaged in an insulated perishable container. Some Non - Frozen items ship inside the frozen container if there is enough space. We do not ship past a 3-day arrival distance on any Frozen products. Orders past a 3-day arrival distance will automatically be refunded. USPS shipping is not guaranteed and will not be refunded. We do not ship outside the United States, Mexico. Orders with a non-shippable item will automatically be refunded.
